Orders ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated using the cheapest method to be determined upon shipping. We do not ship internationally.

 

STORE PICK-UP

Store pick-up is available at our retail location located at 561 E Elm Street, Republic, Missouri.  Additionally packages may be picked up at Huckabella Marketplace located at 101 S 3rd Street, Ozark, Missouri.  These pick-up options are shown along with shipping options when you are checking out.  An email notification will be sent to you advising you that your item is ready for pick-up at the designated location.

Returns & Exchanges (Store Credit Only)

Returns are Accepted 10 days from the day of purchase or delivery/drop off/ready date! Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with no signs of wash or wear with the original tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging and free of all stains, odors, pet hair, etc. In the event we receive a return that we must reject, you will be responsible for return shipping back to you.

Seasonal, clearance items, undergarments/swimwear, personal care items & items won in a giveaway are final sale and not eligible for store credit.

To be eligible for a return for store credit, you must present your receipt within 10 days. Orders that were shipped have 10 days from the day of receipt to return the goods back to us for store credit. You must print off and include this form in your package for mailed returns.  TSSB Return Auth. Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Two Saved Sisters, 150 SW US HWY 60 Billings, MO 65610, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Store credit for return will be less shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
