Returns are Accepted 10 days from the day of purchase or delivery/drop off/ready date! Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with no signs of wash or wear with the original tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging and free of all stains, odors, pet hair, etc. In the event we receive a return that we must reject, you will be responsible for return shipping back to you.
Seasonal, clearance items, undergarments/swimwear, personal care items & items won in a giveaway are final sale and not eligible for store credit.
To be eligible for a return for store credit, you must present your receipt within 10 days. Orders that were shipped have 10 days from the day of receipt to return the goods back to us for store credit. You must print off and include this form in your package for mailed returns. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Store credit for return will be less shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
